In addition to the golf course and practice facilities, Mount Vernon Country Club offers a relaxing swimming pool, incomparable dining facilities, and a wide variety of social activities.
Dining venues
- Dining room: Our dining room provides the perfect setting for a more intimate and private dining experience. It's the perfect place to enjoy the Chef's culinary delights.
- Members grill: The Grill features a stone fireplace and granite bar top. It is a great place to relax and unwind before or after a round of golf, or even after work with your friends. Five HD TVs allow members to watch the latest PGA tournaments and other sporting events. The casual grill serves a family-friendly menu that includes monthly specials, burgers, sandwiches, salads and heartier entrees such as pasta, fish or steaks.
- At the Turn: Need a quick mid-round snack or beverage? Stop by our At the Turn station, which offers grab-and-go self-service, to replenish your energy on your way to hole #10.
- Barracuda Grill: In the summer, want to grab a sandwich after work while the kids play in the pool? The Barracuda Grill is the answer, offering salads, burgers, fried foods, ice cream, your favorite beverages and much more.
- Sam's Place: This upper-level event or dining space is lined with windows overlooking our signature hole #16 and putting green. It hosts a full-service bar and is ready for events ranging from the occasional private dining experience to a unique reception.
Pool complex and programs
Relax at our swimming pool, which includes shower and changing facilities, a children's wading pool, a 25-meter competition-quality pool, and the Barracuda Grill. The pool deck includes a basketball hoop and a ping-pong table. Adult pool enthusiasts can enjoy dedicated "adult swim" periods every hour for quality time in the water.
Amenities comprise options for shaded or sunlit lounge seating, poolside table games, and alfresco gazebos with tables for relaxation and socializing. The "Barracuda Grill" serves a variety of cooked-to-order hot and cold sandwiches, salads, fried foods, and snacks, along with your favorite beverages. The pool is supervised by American Red Cross-certified lifeguards, ensuring high safety standards and excellent facility maintenance.

- Bridge: Organized weekly bridge groups are available for beginners to experts. Duplicate Bridge and Thursday Bridge provide fun, competitive play and socializing.
